Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Compensation: $35,000 salary for 6-month initial period

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer service-minded Account Executive to support our Small Business Unit (SBU). In this role, you'll be responsible for the retention and day-to-day service of an assigned book of Commercial Lines accounts. You’ll act as a trusted resource, ensuring clients’ coverage needs are met, renewals are smooth, and service is timely and professional. This is a client-facing role—but all communication will be handled via email and phone, with no in-person strategy meetings required.

Manage the day-to-day needs of an assigned book of commercial accounts, including policy changes, invoicing, and coverage reviews
Maintain appropriate coverage for clients by identifying gaps and recommending solutions
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email
Understand client operations and offer coverage strategies that evolve with their needs
Facilitate the renewal process: gather data, secure renewals, negotiate with underwriters, and present terms in advance
Conduct remarketing when needed, including rating online or completing carrier applications
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and IMA team members
Contribute to agency growth through account rounding, cross-selling, and upselling within the existing book of business
Follow established workflows and ensure all records are accurate and updated
3+ years of commercial lines insurance experience (agency/broker experience preferred)
Active Property & Casualty License required
Familiarity with BOP, GL, WC, E&O, Cyber, and other commercial coverages
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., EPIC, AMS360) and Microsoft Office
Salary: $35K for the initial 6-month period (salaried position)
